“For You, Lord, have made me glad through Your work; I will triumph in the works of Your hands.” Psalm 92:4 Sunday School Class Chiphazi Malawi

We are grateful for your faithful support and so blessed by what God is doing through the ministry of MSSM. Pray for the Circuit Riders to have wisdom, good health and safety on the roads. We have just put our concept motorcycle the Lesson, on the road. We appreciate your prayers that this ministry will be successful in raising up more Sunday schools.

King Of Glory Psalm 24:8 SUNDAY SCHOOL

It is so wonderful and so interesting to report on how this location Sunday School is progressing. This location is progressing each and every time we go for Sunday School. We are finding more kids each and every week and they are always willing to volunteer and are actively participating in all classes.

We have many kids who are doing great. For example, Mada who is excelling in literacy classes and who also is very active in all the Sunday School activities. We have about 20 kids attending literacy class each week. Each week we are reviewing the alphabet letters, practicing reading and writing, and some weeks learning new lessons on whisper sounds and vowels. We are just so excited for this location and have high hopes for the kids who are attending each and every week. We are so thankful to the Lord Jesus for the provisions of people who support this circuit and for the many lives that are being changed. For this reason, may the good Lord bless your richly and to God be all the Glory.

Tent for the Upright Proverb 14:11 SUNDAY SCHOOL

Here at Chakumika things are going good. We were discouraged to see that some adults have stopped participating in the classes. We went to talk to some of them and they said they were busy in their fields. Regardless of this matter, the attendance of the kids did not decrease because of the fields.

This month we have been trying to encourage the kids to talk to everyone and not just their two or three friends they are always with. We had one kid, Simeon, who one week just wept because he felt like all the other kids did not like him and that he was always being left out. That continued for a few more weeks but then the other kids started reaching out to him. He is a totally different kid with many friends. The facilitators were very encouraged to see kids begin to slowly reach out to Simeon and fellowship with other people they might not ever befriend. God is really blessing the kids here and working in their hearts. We are also seeing many kids begin to open up to us. Levitiko has been coming since we first started Sunday School in Chakumika. He has never really spoken much at all during Sunday School and is very quite and keeps to himself. This month he has been so active, talkative, asking questions and interacting with the other kids. It is almost like a totally different kid. We are giving thanks for what god is doing through Levitiko.

Spring of Living Water SUNDAY SCHOOL

With much gladness we are proud to report to you about this Sunday school and its progress. We look back at when we first started here when we had low attendance and when we had disturbances from the Muslim community, but this month the Lord has fought for us! We have had about 25 kids come for literacy class and the lesson this month. Last month we struggled with Muslim teachings that were going on the same time as Sunday School, but this month those classes have stopped and we are praising the Lord for that. At literacy class each week, we have about 22 kids attending each week. Quizzing is also going good with 5 kids who are actively participating. Teacher’s Training is difficult for us to do as no one is interested and therefore no one come for that class. We hope that this Sunday School location will produce high quality fruits for the kingdom of God.

Defender of Life Psalm 27:1 SUNDAY SCHOOL

It is good to be able to share with you the progress that is being made at Gome II. This location in progressing very well as we are getting more and more kids attending classes each week. We are thankful to the Lord Jesus for the increase in numbers for both adults and children. Agness, Doreen and Loveness have been attending literacy class each week. They are adults who already know how to read and write, but they have been encouraging the kids and helping them a lot with their handwriting. Many of them are improving and it is our prayer that when the time is right, they will feel encouraged by learning how to read and write. May the Lord god continue to help this location as these people want to accomplish the Lord’s will in their life. This location is in the bush, the villagers have poor communication skills and sometimes it is very hard for us to travel here during the rainy season. Regardless of the problems we encounter each week, we are praising the Lord for opening the door to minister here in Gome II.

Beautiful Crown Isaiah 28:5 SUNDAY SCHOOL

This location is growing more and more each week in attendance but also spiritually. We are praising God that this location is apart of the circuit. In Sunday School we have a girl named Faith Kamphiningo. She is very attentive during the lesson and can understand what the Lord is speaking to her. She is also very good at retelling the story and encourages her friends to participate in the different classes. Another girl who is excelling in her spiritual walk is Wishes Mankhwazi. She is one of our best quizzers and loves the competition aspect of quizzing. She also loves to sing and help lead worship songs. Her spirit is very encouraging to the other kids. What we are teaching in Sunday School is becoming apparent to the parents and guardians of the kids. Many of the parents are now encouraging their kids to be in attendance at Sunday School because of the change they have seen in other village kids.

Way of Understanding Proverb 9:6 SUNDAY SCHOOL

We are so thankful to report about the progress that is being carried out here at Kankhokwe. This has been one of our favorite locations to attend each week since we began this circuit. This month we have noticed and increase in attendance compare to last month and because of that we are praising God. We have over 142 kids and adults attending all Sunday School classes each week.

The Kankhokwe kids are excelling in quizzing and it is one of their favorite parts about Sunday School. Many of the kids have very good memorization skills and it is to their benefit as it is a way of knowing God’s Word. We have two kids, Chimwemwe and Chisomo who almost have all 40 verses memorized! Their eagerness, encourages their family and friends to get involved in quizzing and memorizing God’s Word.

Thank you for your support and prayers for the Wadman Circuit. What a privilege to take the Word of God to these precious ones!

Blessings,

Mrs. Linda Maher
